Credit Card Payments
Credit card orders can ONLY be shipped to the same address as the billing address of your credit card. We WILL NOT ship to a non billing address! This is due to the recent increase of fraudulent orders we have had. We apologize for any inconvenience, and other arrangements CAN be made if proper documentation is provided. We suggest that anyone who likes to have their order delivered elsewhere, such as a place of work, contact your credit card companies, and give them the alternate shipping address. That way we can get approval at either address during the verification process.

ALL FRAUD ATTEMPTS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. Your IP Address is LOGGED upon ordering!

Order Placement.
When you place an order on this Web Site, it will be considered an offer to purchase a particular product or service or a range of products and services for the total price (including the delivery and any other charges) as specified in this Web Site at the time you place your order. CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this Web Site, delivery concerns, an error in your order or a failure in your payment. The products and services offered for sale are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts. Prices of products, services, delivery and other charges displayed on this Web Site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. The availability of products and services may change from time to time. CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products.

Consumer Information.
All information provided by you when you place an order or otherwise is referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "Consumer Information". When you provide any Consumer Information you are representing and warranting that all of the information provided is true and correct and are agreeing to indemnify CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED for any losses or expenses that CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED may suffer if any of this information is not correct. We will not provide Consumer Information to any third party without your consent - unless we are requested to do so in relation to a suspected breach of any law. You must not transmit or attempt to transmit any material of any kind to this Web Site, which contains a virus, malicious computer code or other harmful component or otherwise attempt to alter any of the content on this Web Site. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from this Web Site.

Delivery.
All due care and diligence has been taken in preparation of freight charges, but CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED reserves the right to renegotiate freight charges at time of order placement. A manual freight quote is available should there be concern that there may be factors affecting freight charges that may not have been apparent or considered at time of Web Site preparation.

* Please Note: In relation to large items being shipped outside Ireland ex. Subwoofer, Body Kits, etc., the shipping price will be charged according to weight and volume of products. If any changes occur you will be notified ASAP by Email, Phone or Fax for advice.

Returns
CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the following returns facilities:
1. The warranty shall not apply if any goods have been tampered with, altered or damaged in any way by the customer, this includes connection cables and looms.
2. Unless otherwise stated in the manufacture's documentation, all goods supplied or delivered to Eire mainland addresses carry a 12 months manufacturer's warranty.
3. Prior to taking any action we would ask you to telephone our returns department on 00353 86 4000567 available Mon-Fri 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. We may be able to resolve the problem on the phone or give you advice on the appropriate action to take.
4. If the problem cannot be resolved we would suggest that you return the goods to our fully equipped service department who will endeavour to repair the goods within 7 working days. There may be occasions due to the nature of the fault when it could be necessary to return the product to the original manufacturer, if so this may take longer dependant on the manufacturer's turnaround time. Alternatively the goods may be taken to any local dealership that has an approved service centre for the manufacturer in question. However, the turnaround time may vary from our own, please take advice from the dealer in question.
5. On receipt of the return product we will test it to identify the fault you have notified to us. Provided that the goods are to be faulty under the terms of the manufacturers warranty there will be not charge for rectification and in the case of mail order customers, CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED will pay for the return of the goods. If following the testing process the product is found to be in good working order without defect we will return the product to you, the carriage cost of this return will be your responsibility.
6. Customers returning goods to our store service departments should bring with them proof of purchase. mail order customers will be responsible for the organisation and cost of returning the goods to us. The following may be helpful:
a. Please ensure the equipment is adequately packed and protected to prevent damage in transit. b. Do not forget to include a copy of your proof of purchase and also a full description of the fault. Please supply a daytime contact telephone number and return address.
c. Clearly label the parcel with the following address:

d. Our recommended method of return would be via SDS Standard Delivery Service. This service is available through your local post office and we recommend that you take out adequate compensation to cover the value of the goods.

7. CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED can not accept liability for packages damaged or lost during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to adequately pack and protect the goods to ensure that the parcel is sufficiently insured.

Refunds

1. Purchases made from our On-Line Shop are not sold on a "Trial basis". Customers are strongly advised to check the suitability and specification of product/s prior to purchasing. In the event that CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED, at its discretion, may accept the goods back the following conditions will apply:
If the goods were shipped from our warehouse:
a.The goods are to be returned unopened and in perfect condition.
b. The goods are to be returned within 7 days of purchase.
c. If points a. & b. are met then a handling fee of 15% or €25.00 whichever is the greatest will be deducted from the refunded amount. Alternatively the customer may choose to exchange the returned goods for credit against alternative products to the equivalent value or greater without handling fee.
2. Contracts for the purchase of goods by a customer not acting in the course of a business and made over the telephone or through the CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED web site are, subject to the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations, whit the exception of Software/mapping and Music CD/DVD products. These items are not refundable due to their nature. Consumer may cancel goods purchased from CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED by sending a notice of cancellation by post or hand delivery to:

The notice of cancellation must be delivered within 7 working days of the date of delivery of goods to the nominated address. The following conditions apply:
a. The customer will be responsible for all delivery cost, including the organisation and cost of returning the goods making sure they are adequately packaged and insured.
b. The goods are to be returned unopened and in perfect resalable condition.
c. If points a. & b. are met upon inspection of the returned goods, a refund will be made to the customer for the full amount minus delivery + handling fee of 15% or €25.00 whichever is the greatest.

Prices
Goods & services, together with VAT are invoiced at the price prevailing at time of order. CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED reserves the right to modify the prices from time to time. In the case of misprints or miscalculations we also reserve the right to correct the prices at any given time, before the order is carried out in full.

Virus warning
CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED does not represent that any information (including any file) obtained from or through this Web Site is free from computer viruses or other faults or defects. It is your responsibility to scan any such information for computer viruses. CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED will not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential or economic), however caused and whether by negligence or otherwise, which may result directly or indirectly from any such information. To the extent that any applicable law that cannot be excluded imposes any liability on CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED, that liability shall be limited to the cost of re supplying that information.

Release and indemnity
You hereby waive, release, forgive, discharge and relinquish any and all claims that you now have or may have against CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED, its related bodies corporate, directors, employee, agents and representatives which are connected with, arise out of, relate to or are incidental to any transaction. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED, its related bodies corporate, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, loss, damage, tax, liability and/or expense that may be incurred by CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED, its related bodies corporate, directors, employees, agents and representatives arising out of or in connection with the performance of its duties as described in these Terms and Conditions including the legal costs, fees and expenses of defending itself against any claim by any or all of the parties to any transaction and/or by any other person and/or as a result of you taking any action or refraining from taking any action or instituting or defending any action or legal proceeding. You further agree to indemnify and hold CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED, its related bodies corporate, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this Web Site, the violation of these Terms and Conditions by you, or the infringement by you, or other user of this Web Site using your user ID, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Limitation of liability
Where any Act of Parliament implies in these Terms and Conditions any term, condition or warranty, and that Act avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of or exercise of, or liability under such term, condition or warranty, such term, condition or warranty shall be deemed to be included in these Terms and Conditions, however, the liability of CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED for any breach of such term, condition or warranty shall be limited, at the option of CAR AUDIO CLINIC LIMITED, to any one or more of the following: the replacement of the goods or re supplying the services,the supply of equivalent goods, the repair of the goods, the payment of the cost of replacing the goods, or the cost of having the goods repaired or the services supplied again.
